Distribution and detailed review of final details to vendors and essential personnel
Event Week Coordination:
Review of final timeline, layout, decor, etc.
Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal
Day of Event: Decorating the ceremony and reception space with finalized décor
Managing vendors arrival and setup
Overseeing Event party getting ready
Having Event Emergency Kit readily available
Executing timeliness of schedule and transitions
