    Finalization call/meeting to review all details of Event (guest count, vendors, etc) and confirm any last-minute changes
  • Distribution and detailed review of final details to vendors and essential personnel
  • Event Week Coordination:
    Review of final timeline, layout, decor, etc.
  • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal
  • Day of Event: Decorating the ceremony and reception space with finalized décor
  • Managing vendors arrival and setup
  • Overseeing Event party getting ready
  • Having Event Emergency Kit readily available
  • Executing timeliness of schedule and transitions
  • Communicating with vendors throughout the entire Event
  • Overseeing cleanup and packing belongings
