Décor Idea: Add an "Under the Sea Birthday Adventure!" sign with colorful underwater graphics.

2. Create an Ocean-Colored Balloon Arch

Frame your backdrop with an organic balloon arch featuring aqua blue, turquoise, teal, seafoam green, and pearl white.

Décor Idea: Combine different balloon sizes to create the appearance of underwater bubbles.

3. Add Coral Reef Decorations

Bring your underwater scene to life with colorful coral cutouts, sea plants, and decorative reef accents.

Décor Idea: Use coral pink, lavender, orange, and turquoise decorations for a vibrant ocean display.

4. Decorate with Underwater Bubble Balloons

Add clear, pearl white, and light blue balloons to create a floating bubble effect.

Décor Idea: Position bubble-inspired balloon clusters around the edges of your ocean backdrop.

5. Include Sea Creature Decorations

Decorate with friendly sea turtles, dolphins, starfish, tropical fish, and seahorse illustrations.

Décor Idea: Add lightweight sea creature cutouts to your backdrop and balloon garlands.

Create a beautiful dessert station with aqua blue linens, seashell-inspired cake stands, and ocean-themed decorations.

Décor Idea: Position the cake table in front of your underwater backdrop.
